Why there is no contact form
This site does not make or sell dolls, take orders or hold customer accounts, so there is nothing for an inbox to resolve. Running without one also means the site collects no names, email addresses or messages; the privacy policy explains the little data it does touch.
Messages sent to this site in any form are not read or answered. This independent guide also cannot pass anything on to the manufacturer, speak for it or check the status of a doll at the factory.
Orders, warranty and delivery
Everything about a purchase is between you and the seller you ordered from, and through the seller, Zelex. Use the contact details in your order confirmation or on the seller’s website for:
- payment, invoices and how the charge appears on your statement
- factory photos to approve before the doll ships
- delivery times, tracking, customs fees and the box itself
- damage on arrival: Zelex asks buyers to report it within 24 hours, with photos or video
- claims under Zelex’s one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
- returns, cancellations and changes to an order that has not shipped
Owners on doll forums report that warranty claims usually go through the seller, who then contacts the factory. If you bought directly from Zelex, use the contact page on the manufacturer’s own website.
The guide to where to buy a Zelex doll shows how to confirm that a seller is authorized before you pay.
Questions about Zelex dolls
Most questions buyers ask are already answered on this site:
- Short answers about the brand, materials, sizes, prices and warranty: the FAQ on the home page.
- Which line fits you: the SLE series, the Inspiration series, and Fusion and K-series.
- What a code like ZX164G or GE45 means: sizes and body codes and Zelex heads.
- Skeleton, weight and hair choices: options and lighter bodies.
- What owners praise and complain about: the Zelex review.
- Every topic in one list: the full guide index.
If a spec looks different
Zelex updates its lines often, and figures differ between versions, such as SLE 2.0 and SLE 3.0, and between sellers. That is why the guides give ranges with a date. If a figure here differs from a listing, the listing is the one to trust for that exact doll, and the seller can confirm it before you pay.
About the store links
This site is not the store and cannot see, change or cancel orders. The “Check prices” buttons lead to one third-party store; how those links work is explained on the affiliate disclosure page.
Why the site exists and how its facts are checked is explained on the about page.
