Zelex Fusion: head and body in one piece
Zelex Fusion, introduced in 2025, arrives with the head and body made as one piece, so there is nothing to assemble and no neck joint. It is built from ultra-soft platinum silicone as standard, on an EXP skeleton with a redesigned neck, with a soft inner layer, gel inserts and a skin texture taken from a scan of a real person.
Every Fusion head is soft, with a movable jaw, and wears a wig, since the ultra-soft material cannot hold implanted hair. The face you choose stays with the doll for good. If you would like to change faces later, SLE and Inspiration both sell spare heads.
Bodies
ZF161D, ZF168B and ZF169C, from 161 to 169 cm with the head.
Heads
Three faces, ZFE01, ZFE03 and ZFE05, each made as one piece with the body.
Weight
36–40 kg (about 79–88 lb) in Zelex’s collection filter.
Material
Ultra-soft platinum silicone, about 10% softer than SLE according to Zelex.
Zelex K-series: developed with a Korean team
The K-series, on sale since May 2026, is the newest Zelex line. Zelex developed it with a Korean creative team that shaped the body proportions, head sculpts, makeup and styling, all inspired by K-pop idols.
It also gets the newest Zelex hardware: an ultra-lightweight build with an ultra-soft internal core, the latest reinforced EXP skeleton, jointed finger and toe bones, full-body skin texture, gel inserts and a new movable jaw designed so the mouth looks naturally closed at rest.
Bodies
ZK159D, ZK168B and ZK170F, from 159 to 170 cm.
Heads
KE01 to KE05.
Weight
Eight of nine listings at 36–40 kg and one at 31–35 kg, per Zelex’s filter.
Head fit
A dealer reports that K-series bodies take SLE and Inspiration heads. Ask the seller to confirm the pairing before you order a spare.
Zelex SLE vs Inspiration vs Fusion vs K-series
Specs come from Zelex; prices are US dealer ranges as of October 2026. For Inspiration, Fusion and K-series, authorized dealers list noticeably lower than the maker’s own store, so the dealer price is the one to compare. The Zelex price page explains what pushes a price up within each line.

Zelex SLE vs Inspiration: which to choose
SLE and Inspiration cover the widest range of Zelex bodies and prices, so they are the two lines to compare first. Five questions settle the choice.
- 01
Set your budget
The SLE series is the lower-priced line. If your ceiling is around the SLE dealer range, SLE is your line.
- 02
Decide how much you want to choose
SLE comes as ready-made configurations, with partial custom orders since April 2026. The Inspiration series lets you set skin tone, head type, skeleton, feet, hands, brows and hair.
- 03
Pick a head type
For a hard head with sharper details, choose Inspiration, or order an Inspiration head on an SLE body, a combination Zelex sells itself.
- 04
Think about weight
SLE 3.0 bodies list 33.3–37.2 kg. Most Inspiration listings sit at 36–40 kg, and some older bodies list above 40 kg.
- 05
Check the timing
Zelex quotes 7–10 days for SLE from US stock and two to three weeks for Inspiration.
Once the line is settled, the Zelex options guide walks through the skeleton, silicone, head, hair and feet choices for your order.
Fusion and K-series: what to weigh
What they offer
- The newest Zelex construction, with ultra-soft silicone in Fusion and an ultra-soft core in K-series
- Lighter builds than older Inspiration bodies
- A movable jaw on every head
- Fusion arrives in one piece, with no neck joint to assemble
What to weigh
- The highest prices among Zelex lines
- Fusion: the head cannot be removed, swapped or given implanted hair
- K-series has been on sale since May 2026, so owners have had less time with it than with the older lines
- K-series head swaps with SLE and Inspiration rest on a dealer’s report
Other Zelex listings you may come across
Zelex also makes SLE torsos: shortened SLE bodies with a head, sold as part of the SLE line. The Zelex torso guide covers them.
Two older categories still turn up. In 2023 Zelex sold hybrids with a TPE body and an Inspiration silicone head; its own store no longer carries TPE. Some dealers also list older Zelex silicone models from before Inspiration without naming a series. For a listing like that, ask the seller for the line and version, then compare it with the four current lines above.
Zelex Fusion and K-series: FAQ
What is the Zelex Fusion series?
Fusion is a Zelex line introduced in 2025 in which the head and body are made as one piece, with no neck joint. It uses ultra-soft platinum silicone, an EXP skeleton with a redesigned neck and a soft head with a movable jaw. There are three bodies, ZF161D, ZF168B and ZF169C, and three faces, ZFE01, ZFE03 and ZFE05.
Can you change the head on a Zelex Fusion doll?
No. Fusion is made with the head and body as one piece, so there is no spare-head option and the face stays with the doll. Implanted hair is not available either, because the ultra-soft silicone cannot hold it; Fusion dolls wear a wig instead. If you want to change heads over time, SLE or Inspiration is the better fit, and Zelex sells spare heads for both.
What is the Zelex K-series?
The K-series is the newest Zelex line, on sale since May 2026. Zelex developed it with a Korean creative team that shaped the proportions, faces, makeup and styling, inspired by K-pop idols. It uses an ultra-lightweight build with an ultra-soft core, a reinforced EXP skeleton and jointed finger and toe bones. The bodies are ZK159D, ZK168B and ZK170F.
Zelex SLE vs Inspiration: which is better for a first doll?
Zelex itself calls SLE a good choice for beginners: it costs less, ships faster from regional stock, and SLE 3.0 is lighter. Inspiration suits buyers who already know what they want and will use the extra customization, such as a hard head or a specific skeleton. To decide between them, compare the two on budget and weight first.
Which Zelex line is the most expensive?
At US dealers in October 2026, K-series and Fusion sat at the top, at roughly $2,700–3,140 and $2,430–3,250, followed by Inspiration at about $1,800–2,900 and SLE at about $1,450–2,100. The maker’s own store listed Inspiration, Fusion and K-series noticeably higher than dealers. Prices change often, so check the current listing.
